Le Me\u0301morial ACTe (M.ACTe) de Pointe-a\u0300-Pitre traduit un projet politique, scienti<\/span><\/span>que et e\u0301ducatif ambitieux : cre\u0301er un lieu de transmission de la me\u0301moire ainsi que de l\u2019histoire de la traite et de l\u2019esclavage. En Guadeloupe, pre\u0300s de 160 apre\u0300s son abolition, cette histoire est encore largement me\u0301connue et cette me\u0301moire dif<\/span><\/span>cilement partage\u0301e. Aussi cette transmission concerne-t-elle en premier lieu les guadeloupe\u0301ens eux-me\u0302mes.<\/span>Le me\u0301morial est donc avant tout un outil didactique encourageant la connaissance de ce passe\u0301 longtemps occulte\u0301.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
